After Lensco had to cancel last minute for last weeks show, we pick up again for part two in our big Incognito retrospective. JP Bluey Maunick and his ever changing company peaked big time at the start of the new millennium, with the albums Future Remixed and Life Stranger Than Fiction. Together with producer Ski Oakenfull and his son Daniel Maunick, they caught the broken beat bug and experimented a lot, which also led to the Para:Diso project. In the year I was born, Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick and Paul "Tubbs" Williams left their band Light Of The World and released the first Incognito LP called 'Jazz Funk'. Now, 26 years and more than a dozen albums later we decided it was time to look back at that wonderful career.
